Tea at This House of Books

Tea is available from This House of Books, your member-owned, independent bookstore & tea shop in downtown Billings, Montana

We are currently unable to offer our tea for online shopping, BUT we do have a workaround: you can either email us, message us on Facebook, or call us (406-534-1133) with your order. We will give you payment instructions and ship your tea wherever you would like!

In addition to books and games, tea has been part of our business plan from the beginning. Why tea? Look around: there are coffee shops on every corner but there are few dedicated tea shops in town. For us, tea is sold strictly as a luxury beverage. Of the luxuries in life, tea is among the most affordable. How many other world-class food or beverage items can you purchase in satisfying quantities for just a few dollars?

Our tea blender is Gustavo Belotta, who has a genius for coming up with beverages people like. Some blends are custom made for special events, some are available only for a season or for a month, and a few enter the menu as year-round favorites. The menu changes constantly. Currently, we feature approximately 100 different teas, tea blends, and tisanes. We sell straight tea and we sell flavored tea.
