Author Event: Gwen Florio

Novelist, journalist, and speaker, Gwen Florio will be at This House of Books on Saturday, September 22 from 3:00 to 4:30 to read from and lead a discussion about her most recent novel, Silent Hearts. Following the formal part of her visit, Gwen will be available to sign copies of her book for you.

Gwen, the recipient of prestigious awards (here in Montana and elsewhere) for her writing and a Pulitzer Prize nominee, is the awardee of a grant from the New Jersey State Council for the Arts and several noteworthy writing residencies. She lives in Missoula's Rattlesnake Canyon neighborhood with her partner, Scott, and an exuberant bird dog named Nell.
